It was tested in natural catastrophes. Once it was razed to the ground. Now it stands proudly above the village.

The predecessor of the current parish church was built in Gothic style and also dedicated to St. Ingenuin and St. Albuin and consecrated in 1361. The Church has suffered several catastrophes, from fire in 1761, floods, theft of bell towers in 1916 and complete destruction by Italian planes in 1917. It was successfully renovated in 1990 and consecrated for the fifth time in 1998.
